Loom Solar 1 kVA off grid solar system for home with 4-5 hours backup

The battery and inverter aren't compatible ,I bought this very combo and still suffering from the loss as after sales service by loom is Zero ,their technical team ask you to rectify the issue yourself through video chat and for few hundred rupees faulty connector replacement you have to wait endlessly. In my case this inverter is causing shutdown, frequent tripping and fast battery drain that too when no load is assigned to it .Loom is aware of it but they are still fooling customers with no after sales customer care which is evident from the fact that they have no email dedicated to customer care.once they sold the product they block you from their chat too. Calling on the phone number go in the same manner. Don't buy this combo unless you want to suffer like me and see your hard earned money going to drains .

I am Very sad no delivery time clear and no installation clear Product costly other products

The item has not reached me yet, calling Mohit and Kavita is a waste of time since they do not pick up their phones. No greivence, no action. Would not recommend for any further business.
